The hotel has a nice building and rooms with standard decoration. The location is good, near Potomac Mills mall, a number of restaurants, and the Springfield Franconia Metro station. It is also close to everything.

The staff was very friendly. Free breakfast & coffee were pretty good

Elevator was WAY slow and the pool was too hot.

The hotel is spacious, has a nice pool, and is in a perfect location near the shopping mall. the staff were extremely friendly and helped with any issues. everything was really good.

Plenty of goodies for breakfast, newly renovated with a huge unit including the bedroom and internet.

Our stay here was really enjoyable. The hotel looked nice and cheerful, and its location near Myrtle Beach was convenient. Our room was super clean and had a fancy spa bath, and the bedroom was cozy. We were pleasantly surprised by the affordable price of US$ 83 😊.

Customer service. Perhaps previous hotels spoil me with their customer service.I am 65 years old I love peace and quiet in the room,at breakfast. It could just be me.

I thought the staff and location was excellent It was conveniently located to a ton of shopping and eateries and not too far from the DC monuments.

The room was immaculately clean and huge, with very comfortable beds. The staff were courteous and marvellous. Convenient location close to everything, including restaurants, the Potomac Mills mall, and the metro station just 10 minutes away by car.

Someone at the front desk gave a key to my room to another family. Luckily I was in the room when they tried to get in. After the mom left to let the front desk know, someone from the front desk called to say there had been a mistake. It was a bit disconcerting since I was traveling alone. I worried that it might happen again.

The hotel was wonderful and fairly clean, I loved it. The location was good, close to restaurants. I came across TGI Fridays, which was a 10-15 minute walk away and offered nice shots. Every staff member was welcoming and courteous. Outstanding service was provided.

Arrived 2 hours early and room was not ready.Jose the front desk person had maids start on room and came outside to our car to tell us when room was ready .got our room 1 hour early. Great service. Thanks. Great breakfast also.

The free wireless internet and whirlpool in the room were appreciated. Everyone at the hotel was courteous and impeccable. The hotel's location was excellent, very close to Springfield Franconia Metro station, numerous restaurants and shopping options, Potomac Mills, and within a 5-minute walk to the lake.

I liked that the room was super clean and really spacious, with 2 big queen beds. the bathroom was tidy, had hairdryers, and came with towels. 🛁 the hotel is in a great location, very close to a shopping mall, which was super convenient.

Very nice staff that solved the booking problem with a free upgrade.

Booking a room with a jacuzzi doesnt seem to work with Booked.net or the hotel made a mistake. I booked the king suite with spa bath but we got a king room with a normal bath. Anways this is not a real minus since we were "upgraded" to the jacuzzi room for free.
